Why is it important for Total Defence to involve every Singaporean in the society?
When Singapore involves every single one of us, it has more people to protect the country. Singapore wants Singaporeans to believe that every one can play a part in keeping the country safe and sound and that when we are united as one, it will be much easier to defend the country.
